Tianqiao ChenChairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer and President
Tianqiao Chen has served as chairman and chief executive officer since Shanda's inception in 1999 and he has served as president since January 2010. Mr. Chen served as vice director of the office of the president of Kinghing Trust & Investment Co., Ltd from 1998 to 1999, and held various management roles with Shanghai Lujiazui Group from 1994 to 1998. He holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from Fudan University.
Mr. Chen serves a member of the 11th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC). He currently serves as vice chairman of the Shanghai Federation of Industry and Commerce. In addition, he is vice chairman of Shanghai Youth Union, vice president of Shanghai Youth Development Foundation, and vice chairman of Shanghai Information Services Association. He is a member of board of directors at Fudan University.
Danian ChenChief Operating Officer
Danian Chen has served as chief operating officer since April 2008 and as a director since 1999. Previously, he served as Shanda's director of products, vice president, senior vice president, and executive senior vice president. Prior to joining Shanda, he held various positions with Xinghui International Transport Company, Haijie Shipping Agency Company, and Jinyi Network Company from 1996 to 1999
Grace WuChief Financial Officer
Grace Wu has served as chief financial officer since November 2007. From 2002 to 2007, Ms. Wu worked for AU Optronics Corp., a leading TFT-LCD manufacturer. Prior to that, Ms. Wu worked for Goldman Sachs and Lehman Brothers. Ms. Wu holds a bachelor's degree from National Taiwan University and a Master of International Affairs in international banking and finance from Columbia University.
Davis ZhuChief Investment Officer
Davis Zhu has served as Shanda's chief investment officer since April 2008. He joined Shanda in 2004 and held various roles including vice director of new business center, director of central user platform, director of platform operation and director of investment. Prior to joining Shanda, Mr. Zhu was responsible for venture capital investment at Nuovo Assets investment Ltd. from 2001 to 2004 and was involved in technology management at Shanghai Academy of Science from 1996 to 2001. Mr. Zhu holds a bachelor's degree in Cultural Heritage & Museology and a master's degree in Management Science from Fudan University.
John LeeSenior Vice President, Tax
John Lee has served as Shanda's senior vice president, head of tax since September 2010. Prior to joining Shanda, Mr. Lee was the partner in charge of the China tax department at KPMG, where he recently retired after a 35-year career. Mr. Lee advised multinational companies on international and Chinese tax planning strategies, corporate restructuring, initial public offerings, and mergers and acquisition transactions. He joined the Toronto office of KPMG in 1975 upon graduating from the University of Manitoba. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1977 and was admitted as a tax partner of KPMG in 1985. He transferred to Hong Kong in 1994.
Mr. Lee was a co-editor of the Asia Pacific Taxation Journal, and has been a frequent speaker on China taxation topics at various conferences. For the last three years, he also lectured on International Tax Planning at Fudan University.
Jean ZhangSenior Vice President, Human Resources and Corporate Communications
Jean Zhang has served as Shanda's Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Corporate Communications since May 2011. Ms. Zhang previously served as our vice president, human resources since June 2009. Prior to joining Shanda, she held roles as vice president in Lenovo Group, in charge of Human Resources in Great China, India, Russia and other global emerging markets. She has years of experience in human resources management and was in charge of organization development, C&B management, strategic planning in human resources from 2002-2009. From 1999-2002, Ms Zhang held various positions in Lenovo, including strategy department manager and quality management department manager. She holds a master's degree in Management from Renmin University of China.
Danning MiChief Information Officer
Danning Mi has served as Shanda's chief information officer since April 2008. He joined Shanda in 2005 and held various roles including vice president for SDS Division, vice president for SDO Division and assistant vice president for Shanda. Prior to joining Shanda, Mr. Li held roles as assistant to general manager at Founder Computer, and standing associate general manager and chief information officer at Founder Technology Group successively from 1993 to 2005. Mr. Mi holds a bachelor's degree in Physics and a master's degree in Psychology from Beiijng Normal University.
Johnson YaoVice President, Finance
Johnson Yao has served as Shanda's Vice President, Finance since May 2011. Mr. Yao previously served as our assistant vice president, finance since November 2007. Mr. Yao also serves as a member of the board of directors and Chief Financial Officer of Actoz Soft Co., Ltd. and served as acting Chief Finance Officer of Ku6 Media Co., Ltd. from October 2009 to September 2010. Prior to joining Shanda, Mr. Yao was devoted in public accounting sector, serving over 11 years in KPMG Huazhen Certified Public Accountants and has extensive finance and M&A expertise in a wide range of industries. Mr. Yao graduated from the College of International Business and Management, Shanghai University, majoring in Finance and Accounting. In addition, Mr. Yao is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of the People's Republic of China.

Qunzhao TanChairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer, Shanda Games
Qunzhao Tan has served as president and chief technology officer of Shanda from April 2008 to January 2010. He has served as chairman of Shanda Games since May 2009 and chief executive officer since January 2010. Prior to this, Mr. Tan was in charge of the game research and development, operations, and infrastructure management centers and, starting in 2005, became president of Shanda's games business unit. He led the team that successfully launched and operated the massively multi-player online role-playing game (MMORPG), MIR II, and the team that developed and operated the MMORPG WOOOL, which became one of the most successful domestically developed online games. Mr. Tan remains the producer of both games and is leading the teams that are developing the next generation MMORPGs, "World Zero" and "Legend of Immortals." Prior to joining Shanda, Mr. Tan worked as an assistant in the Institute of Clean Coal Technology of East China University of Science and Technology from 1996 to 1999. He holds a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from East China University of Science and Technology and an EMBA degree at Peking University.
Xiangdong ZhangChief Operating Officer and Chief Producer, Shanda Games
Xiangdong Zhang has served as chief producer of Shanda Games since April 2008 and as its chief operating officer since September 2011. Mr. Zhang previously served in numerous capacities at Shanda Interactive, including senior vice president, vice president and director of product management center. Prior to joining Shanda Interactive, Mr. Zhang served as the editor-in-chief of the game channel at China.com from 1999 to 2001.
Mr. Zhang holds a bachelor's degree in engineering from Dalian Institute of Light Industry and an Executive Master of Business Administration degree from Fudan University.
Richard WeiChief Financial Officer, Shanda Games
Richard Wei has served as chief financial officer for Shanda Games since April 2009. Mr. Wei previously served as the chief financial officer of Spreadtrum Communications, a leading provider of baseband processor solutions for the wireless communications market, from 2007 to 2009, of Silicon Motion Technology Corporation, a leading provider of flash memory controllers, from 2005 to 2007, of KongZhong Corporation, a wireless value added service provider, from 2003 to 2005, of ASE Test Limited, a leading independent semiconductor testing services provider, from 2002 to 2004, and of ISE Labs Inc., a subsidiary of ASE Test Limited, from 2000 to 2002. Prior to ISE Labs, he was a research analyst with Morgan Stanley and Lehman Brothers in Hong Kong. Mr. Wei holds a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Master of Business Administration degree from Cornell University.
William ChenChief Technology Officer, Shanda Games
William Chen has served as chief technology officer of Shanda Games since September 2011. Mr. Chen joined Shanda Games in December 2010 and served as the vice president for product development. Prior to joining Shanda Games, Mr. Chen served as technical director at leading international publishers including Electronic Arts Inc., Disney Interactive Studios, Inc., and Activision Blizzard, Inc. and worked on leading titles including Call of Duty 3, Final Fantasy VII and Star Wars: Episode III: Revenge of the Sith.
Mr. Chen holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from California State University.
Donghai QianSenior Vice President, Business Development, Shanda Games
Donghai Qian has served as senior vice president for business development of Shanda Games since September 2011. Mr. Qian joined Shanda Games in April 2009 and served as the vice president for business development. Prior to joining Shanda Games, Mr. Qian served as the head of business development at leading Korean online game companies including CJ Internet Holdings, Webzen Co., Ltd. Wemade Entertainment Co., Ltd. and Actoz Soft Co., Ltd..
Mr. Qian holds a bachelor's degree in economics from National Shinshu University in Japan.

Jeff ShiChief Executive Officer, Ku6
Jeff Shi has served as Ku6 Media's chief executive officer since August 2011. In 2009, Mr. Shi joined Shanda Interactive Entertainment ("Shanda") as Head of Strategy and Integration. Before joining Shanda, Mr. Shi served at Juneyao Group as Deputy General Manager of strategy planning and capital markets. He also worked at Arthur Andersen and KPMG Consulting for over 6 years. Mr. Shi holds a bachelor's degree from Shanghai Jiaotong University.
Tony ShenChief Financial Officer, Ku6
Mr. Shen is the chief financial officer of Ku6 Media. Mr. Shen joined Ku6 as a consultant on August 30, 2010. Most recently, he served at China BAK Battery, Inc. (NASDAQ: CBAK) as chief financial officer, treasurer, and secretary from August 2007 to April 2010, and as vice president of strategic development from May 2007 to August 2007. He was acting chief financial officer of eLong Inc.(NASDAQ: LONG), from July 2006 to April 2007. Since July 2010, Mr. Shen has also been an independent director and chairman of the audit committee of the board of directors of China Electric Motor, Inc (NASDAQ: CELM). He received a B.E. in electrical engineering from Tsinghua University and an M.B.A. in finance from Columbia Business School.

Xiaoqiang Hou has served as director for Cloudary Corporation since February 2010 and chief executive officer for Cloudary Corporation since August 2008. Wenhui Wu has served as president for Cloudary Corporation since July 2008. Mr. Wu is one of the co-founders of and the general manager of qidian.com. He served as general manager of Xuanting from October 2004 to June 2008. Prior to the establishment of Xuanting, Mr.Wu served as software engineer at Founder Technology Co., Ltd. from July 2000 to July 2001 and served as project manager at Chaohua Technology Co., Ltd. from July 2001 to September 2004. Xiaodong Liang has served as chief financial officer for Cloudary Corporation since March 2009. Since May 2011, Mr. Liang has served as vice president in charge of investments in subsidiaries and portfolio companies of Cloudary Corporation. From October 2002 to June 2007, Mr. Liang was Shanda Interactive's director of corporate finance and investor relations and associate director of investment. Tuoc Luong has searved as Chief Executive Officer of Shanda Online since September 2011. He previously served as Co-Chief Executive Officer of Shanda Online since April 2011. Prior to joining Shanda, Mr. Luong served as the Global Senior Vice President of Yahoo from 2007 to end of 2010, where he led the Search Division and was responsible for Yahoo Search products worldwide. Before joining Yahoo, Mr. Luong held various management positions at Ask Jeeves Inc., Microsoft Corporation, Oracle Corporation and several other Hi-Tech companies. In addition, Mr. Luong was an entrepreneur having built engineering teams at multiple successful startup companies in Silicon Valley. Mr. Luong holds a Master's degree in Engineering Management from Santa Clara University and a Bachelor's degree in computer science from the University of California at Berkeley.
Jisheng ZhuChief Operating Officer, Shanda Online
Jisheng Zhu has served as chief operating officer of Shanda Online since September 2011. He previously served at Shanda Games as chief technology officer since April 2008 and acting chief operating officer since December 2008. Before that, Mr. Zhu served in numerous capacities at Shanda Interactive, including vice president from July 2006 to April 2008, director of technical support center from January 2005 to June 2006 and a manager of its network security department from May 2003 to December 2004. Prior to joining Shanda Interactive, Mr. Zhu served as the engineering service director of Kingnet Security Inc. from 2001 to 2003 and as the director of product development at Eachnet.com from 2000 to 2001. Mr. Zhu holds a master's degree in automatic control from East China University of Science and Technology and an Executive Master of Business Administration degree from Peking University.
Jing ZhuChief Technology Officer, Shanda Online
Jing Zhu joins Shanda in 2009. He has served as the Chief Technology Officer of Shanda Online since December 2009. Prior to joining Shanda, Dr. Zhu served as a Senior Director at Yahoo! Inc. from 2001 to 2009. In his most recent post in Yahoo!, he was in charge of Yahoo!'s next generation contextual ad-matching technology platform from 2007 to 2009. He was in charge of the engineering team for Yahoo! Mail, Yahoo! Address Book and Yahoo! Calendar from 2001 to 2006. He helped significantly improve everything from anti-spam technology to back-end architecture, system reliability and performance, and the end-user experience. Prior to Yahoo!, Dr. Zhu served in various senior technical management positions in mobile and optical networking companies in Silicon Valley from 1998 to 2001.From 1993-1998, Dr. Zhu worked as a scientist at the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory. Dr. Zhu graduated from Fudan University in Shanghai at the age of 17 and later obtained a Masters in Physics from the University of California, Berkeley and a Ph.D. in Theoretical Computational Solid State Physics from the same university. He is the author and co-author of six US patents.

Judy Wang has served as chief executive officer of Shengfutong since December 2010. She previously served as Shanda Online's chief executive officer and Shanda Interactive's senior vice president, vice president, and director of customer service. Previously, Ms. Wang served as the customer services manager of Shanghai Waterman Drinks Co., Ltd. from 2000 to 2002, and the customer services supervisor of Hangzhou Mary Kay Cosmetics Co., Ltd. from 1996 to 2000. Qianghua YuChief Technology Officer, Shengfutong
Qianghua Yu has served as chief technology officer of Shengfutong since December 2010. Mr. Yu previously served as Shanda Online's Chief Architect since June 2009. Prior to joining Shanda, Mr. Yu served as the Chief Architect of 99Bill from 2006 to 2009, where he was responsible for technical strategy and product architecture, product research and development, system operation and maintenance. He also served as the Chief Engineer of Bustower from 2002 to 2005; the Senior Vice President of Wtcyber from 2000 to 2001; as well as the Vice President of Sunflower Technology from 1997 to 1999. From 1994 to 1996, Mr. Yu worked at the Shanghai Analytical Instrument Factory and Inventec. Mr. Yu graduated from Tsinghua University with a bachelor's degree in physical chemistry and instrumental analysis.

Jingsheng Huang has served as Shanda's director since 2005. Mr. Huang is a partner at TPG Capital and has held that position since August 2011. From October 2005 to August 2011, he was a managing director at Bain Capital. From January 2002 to September 2005, Mr. Huang was a general manager at Softbank Asia Infrastructure Fund (SAIF), in charge of China area, and served on the boards of twelve SAIF portfolio companies engaging in technology, telecommunication and media businesses. Prior to that, Mr. Huang had been a partner at SUNeVision Ventures, senior manager of strategic investments at Intel Capital, director of Asia Pacific research operations at Gartner Group, and the vice president of marketing at Mtone Wireless. Chengyu Xiong Independent Director
Chengyu Xiong has served as our director since October 2005. Dr. Xiong is a professor of the School of Journalism and Communication at Tsinghua University. In addition, Dr. Xiong serves as the director of both the New Media Studies Center and the Cultural Industries Center at Tsinghua University. Dr. Xiong received his doctorate degree from Brigham Young University. Dr Xiong has written, edited and translated numerous books and articles.
Kai ZhaoIndependent Director
Kai Zhao has served as Shanda's director since 2009. Mr. Zhao previously served as dean of the Journalism School of Fudan University, secretary general of the China Communist Party (CCP) committee of Wenhui-Xinmin United Press Newspaper Group, chief editor of Liberation Daily and secretary general of the CCP committee of Shanghai Municipal Radio, Film and Television Bureau as well as in various managerial roles at Shanghai Municipal Radio and Television Bureau, Oriental Radio Station, Shanghai People's Radio Station and Qinghai Daily. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Fudan University, Shanghai in 1962.
