Tianqiao Chen, Chief Executive Officer |

Tianqiao Chen has served as chairman and chief executive officer since Shanda’s inception in 1999. Mr. Chen served as director of the office of the president of Kinghing Trust & Investment Co., Ltd from 1998 to 1999, and held various management roles with Shanghai Lujiazui Group from 1994 to 1998. He holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from Fudan University.
Mr. Chen serves as a member of the Eleventh National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), and as an alternative member of the 15th Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Youth League. He currently serves as an executive board member of the Shanghai Federation of Industry and Commerce. In addition, he is a member of Shanghai Games Committee and serves as vice chairman of China Games Committee, vice president of Shanghai Youth Development Foundation, and vice chairman of Shanghai Information Services Association. He is a member of board of directors at Fudan University.

Qunzhao Tan, President and Chief Technology Officer |

Qunzhao Tan has served as president since April 2008 and chief technology officer since June 2006. He has also served as a director since October 2006. Previously, he has served as Shanda’s director of research & development, vice president, senior vice president, and executive senior vice president. Prior to joining Shanda, Mr. Tan worked as an assistant with the Institute of Clean Coal Technology of East China University of Science and Technology from 1996 to 1999. He holds a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from East China University of Science and Technology.

Danian Chen has served as chief operating officer since April 2008 and as a director since 1999. Previously, he served as Shanda’s director of products, vice president, senior vice president, and executive senior vice president. Prior to joining Shanda, he held various positions with Star Trans International Ltd, Haijie Shipping Agency Company, and Jinyi Network Company from 1996 to 1999.

Yanmei Zhang, Senior Vice President |

Yanmei Zhang has served as Shanda’s senior vice president since she joined the company in 2005. Previously, she served as Shanda’s vice president. Prior to joining Shanda, she held roles as vice president with Sony (China), HR director with Sony (China), and International HR specialist with Sony (USA) from 1991 to 2004. Additionally, she was a committee member of Beijing Foreign Enterprise HR Association and a senior advisor of Guanghua School of Management, Peking University. Ms. Zhang holds an MBA from South Carolina State University.

Grace Wu, Chief Financial Officer |

Grace Wu joined Shanda in 2007 as vice president of strategic investments and was appointed as chief financial officer in November 2007. Previously, Ms. Wu spent five years with AU Optronics Corp., where she was responsible for financial planning and analysis, investor relations and capital markets activities. Prior to that, Ms. Wu worked at Goldman Sachs and Lehman Brothers where she divided her responsibilities between the equity capital markets and investment banking divisions. Ms. Wu holds a bachelor's degree from National Taiwan University and a Master of International Affairs in international banking and finance from Columbia University.

Davis Zhu, Chief Investment Officer |

Davis Zhu has served as Shanda’s chief investment officer since April 2008. He joined Shanda in 2004 and held various roles including vice director of new business center, director of central user platform, director of platform operation and director of investment. Prior to joining Shanda, Mr. Zhu was responsible for venture capital investment at Nuovo Assets investment Ltd. from 2001 to 2004 and was involved in technology management at Shanghai Academy of Science from 1996 to 2001. Mr. Zhu holds a bachelor’s degree in Cultural Heritage & Museology and a master’s degree in Management Science from Fudan University.

Danning Mi, Chief Information Officer |

Danning Mi has served as Shanda’s chief information officer since November 2007. He joined Shanda in 2005 and held various roles including vice president for SDS Division, vice president for SDO Division and assistant vice president for Shanda. Prior to joining Shanda, Mr. Li held roles as assistant to general manager at Founder Computer, and standing associate general manager and chief information officer at Founder Technology Group successively from 1993 to 2005. Mr. Mi holds a bachelor’s degree in Physics and a master’s degree in Psychology from Beiijng Normal University.

Diana Li has served as chief executive officer of Shanda Games since April 2008. Previously, she was appointed Executive Vice President of Shanda Group, Vice President of Shanda Group, director of Project Management Center, Business Development Center, Game Testing Center and Game Design Center. Prior to that, Ms. Li was Asian-Pacific Region project director at Expedia Inc. in Seattle from 2004 to 2005, in charge of project management teams of Expedia in China, Japan and Australia. From 1999 to 2004, Ms. Li held management positions in various product groups including Microsoft Office, Windows and XBOX with Microsoft Corporation in Redmond, Washington. From 1997 to 1999, she was senior manager with Fidelity Investments in Boston. Ms. Li began her career with Unifi Telecommunication Inc. in Boston in 1995. She was instrumental in the creation of an influential Sino-US publication, Harvard China Review, and served as chairwoman of the board in 1998. Ms. Li holds a Bachelor of Science in psychology from Peking University and a Master of Science in applied statistics and operations research from Bowling Green State University in Ohio.

Hai Ling has served as the president for Shanda Games since April 2008. Mr. Ling joined the company in 2003, and prior to that, he served as CEO and general manager of Powerise Technology Co. from 1997 to 2000, the deputy general manager of Taike Computer Systematic Integration Co. from 1994 to 1997, and Marketing Manager of China Xiangpu Computer Co. from 1992 to 1994. He holds a bachelor's degree in computer science and technology from National University of Defense Technology.

Xiangdong Zhang, has served as the chief producer for Shanda Games since April 2008. Previously, he served various positions including director of Shanda’s Product Management Center, vice president of the SDG Division and senior vice president of Shanda since he joined the company in 2001. Prior to that, Mr. Zhang worked with China.com from 1998 to 2000 and with Shenzhen Jinzhita Computer Company from 1997 to 1998. He holds a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from Dalian Institute of Light Industry.

Jisheng Zhu has served as the chief technology officer for Shanda Games since April 2008. Mr. Zhu joined the company in 2003 and prior to that, Mr. Zhu worked as deputy manager and manager of the Network Security Department, director of Technical Support Center, vice president of Operation Division and vice president of the company. Prior to joining Shanda, he served as the engineering service director of the Kingnet Security Inc. from 2001 to 2003, and as the director of research and development at eachnet.com from 2000 to 2001. Mr. Zhu holds a master’s degree in automatic control from East China University of Science and Technology.

Judy Jingying Wang has served as chief executive officer for Shanda Online, Shanda’s business unit that operates its integrated platform and independent e-commerce system, since April 2008. She previously served as Shanda’s director of customer service and vice president after joining the company in 2002. Previously, Ms. Wang served as the customer services manager of Shanghai Waterman Drinks Co., Ltd. from 2000 to 2002, and the customer services supervisor of Hangzhou Mary Kay Cosmetics Co., Ltd. from 1996 to 2000. Ms. Wang holds a bachelor's degree in radio technology from Shanghai University.

Jianwu Liang has served as the chief technology officer for Shanda Online since April 2008, and previously worked as director of Shanda’s Billing Platform Center and vice president of Operation Division. Mr. Liang joined Shanda in 2002 and developed the Billing Platform Center in 2005. Before joining Shanda, Mr. Liang worked for a Shanghai software R&D company from 2000 to 2002. He holds a bachelor’s degree in applied mathematics from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.

Haibin Qu has served as Shanda’s executive senior vice president since 2005, and has held positions including director of business development, vice president, and senior vice president since joining the company in 2000. Prior to joining Shanda, he served as vice president of Shanghai Fuwei Technology Development Co., Ltd. from 1996 to 2000. He holds a bachelor's degree in mechanics from Fudan University.

Donald Chan has served as Shanda’s senior vice president since September 2007. Prior to joining Shanda, Mr. Chan worked with Leo Burnett Company from 1995 to 2007, and served as managing director in China for Leo Burnett Shanghai from 2002 to 2007. Prior to that, Mr. Chan served as an associate account director at The Ball Partnership from 1993 to 1995 and worked in the marketing department of Hutchinson Telecom from 1990 to 1993. Mr. Chan graduated from Queen’s University, Canada, with a bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering. |
